Abstract:
Immunoselective methods with special reference to immunoadsorbent affinity chromatography as a means
for the isolation of Cowdria ruminantium are reviewed. Attention is given to the source of the organism,
immunization, purification of antibodies, coupling of antibodies to insoluble matrixes and desorption procedures.
