SAR324 is a ubiquitous and phylogenetically distinct clade of Deltaproteobacteria
in marine environments. Here, we present three single-cell amplified genome
sequences from the SAR324 lineage, obtained from the abyssopelagic zone of
the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean. |
