dc.description.abstract This article explores the possibility of an alternative demo-dynamic focus of human socio-politico-cultural activities supported and energised by information and communication technologies, more specifically by the internet. Demo-dynamics should be understood as an extensive mobilisation and the sincere involvement of the noological forces of humans by the establishment of intelligent communities, physical or virtual, for the solution of problems and the creation of meaning. This dynamic development stands over against the power of political figures and their so-called democratic institutions, which are in any event powerless to solve the most serious problems that haunt humanity and to constitute meaningful human existence. en
