Abstract:
The more information is integrated in a company the better communication is within the company. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) can achieve the goal of information integration within a company if the ERP package is suited for the company. This project looks at the steps that were followed to ensure the ERP package is suited for SME as well as the specific steps for implementation of the ERP package.
