dc.description.abstract |
Aerosud Aviation Pty (ltd) is a large company which manufactures aircraft interiors and
other products. Aerosud has a manufacturing line that manufactures seats and is at present
struggling to keep up with demand. Given the current economic crises, companies are
looking to cut any non-value adding processes, projects, and expenditures. Taking this into
account, along with the fact that the seats manufacturing line is struggling to keep up with
demand, Aerosud needs to increase their return on investment by improving the production
line. |
