dc.descriptionAfter investigation, a pansystolic murmur was found over the pericardium with no sinosus.
dc.descriptionThe patient was experiencing heart failure and was provisionally diagnosed of ventricular septal defect.
dc.descriptionThe child later developed bronchopneumonia.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Transposition of the great vessels with an overriding pulmonary artery over the ventricular septal defect (Taussig-Bing syndrome).
