dc.descriptionClinical history : A pregnant 24 year old female patient developed acute abdominal symptoms.
dc.descriptionExamination showed larger uterus for gestation period and at operation bilateral multi/ocular ovarian cysts were removed.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis of granulosa and theca cysts were made.
dc.descriptionDue to possible mola hydatidosa amnion fluid aspiration was done but normal fluid was obtained.
dc.descriptionPost operatively the patient aborted a twin pregnancy.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Granulosa and theca lutein cysts of ovary.
dc.descriptionNormal twin pregnancy.
