Description
Clinical history : A pregnant 24 year old female patient developed acute abdominal symptoms.
Examination showed larger uterus for gestation period and at operation bilateral multi/ocular ovarian cysts were removed.
Diagnosis of granulosa and theca cysts were made.
Due to possible mola hydatidosa amnion fluid aspiration was done but normal fluid was obtained.
Post operatively the patient aborted a twin pregnancy.
Diagnosis: Granulosa and theca lutein cysts of ovary.
Normal twin pregnancy.
