dc.descriptionClinical history : A 45 year old male with bilateral endocarditis.
dc.descriptionHe had suffered with water hammer pulse, enlarged liver and neck swelling.
dc.descriptionThe patient also had an arterio-venous fistula in his right arm.
dc.descriptionBlood works show staphylococcus had grown with led to acute heart failure.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Acute or chronic bilateral endocarditis with perforation of the valve segment of the aortis valve and a small aneurism of the aortic valve.
dc.description2. Local myocardial fibrosis and necrosis.
dc.description3. Old infarction in the spleen and kidneys.
dc.description4. Bronchopneumonia.
