dc.descriptionSubarachnoid haemorrhage was diagnosed and angiogram showed large aneurysm of right medial cerebral artery.
dc.descriptionPostoperative hemiparesis developed and the patient died after 48 hours.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Congenital aneurysm of left cerebri media.
dc.description2. Brain infarction in basal ganglia and cortex and right-sided edema.
dc.description3. Haemorrhage in pons and midbrain.
