dc.descriptionClinical history : A female child patient with swelling of the abdomen and feet for two months.
dc.descriptionInvestigation shows there is edema of the legs and a liver which was palpable with many ascites and 1 + albumin in the urine and showed hypo-albuminia with high levels of alpha 2 and gamma globulin.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Tuberculosis ulcaration of the ileum and colon.
dc.description2. Pronounced threatening tuberculosis lymohadenitis of the mesenteric and para-aortic lymph nodes.
dc.description3. Tuberculosis bronchopneumonia.
dc.description4. Millary tuberculosis of the liver, spleen and pancreas.
dc.description5. Pronounced fatty liver.
