dc.descriptionClinical history : A 21-year-old female developed osteogenic sarcoma of the left femur at the age of 17.
dc.descriptionAmputation was refi1sed and radiotherapy given.
dc.descriptionFour years later disarticulation of the left leg was done due recurrence of tumour but after three months lung metastases was discovered. She died six months later.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : Metastatic osteogenic sarcoma in lungs, liver, stomach, kidney and lymph nodes.
