Description
Clinical history : A 21-year-old female developed osteogenic sarcoma of the left femur at the age of 17.
Amputation was refi1sed and radiotherapy given.
Four years later disarticulation of the left leg was done due recurrence of tumour but after three months lung metastases was discovered. She died six months later.
Autopsy findings : Metastatic osteogenic sarcoma in lungs, liver, stomach, kidney and lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Metastatic osteogenic sarcoma
