dc.descriptionInvestigation shows the patient probably had enlarged nodular liver with ascites.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Septal liver fibrosis and siderosis.
dc.description2. Small primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
dc.description3. Siderosis with hemochromatic distribution of the iron.
dc.description4. Tuberculosis lymphadenitis.
dc.description5. Duodenal ulcer.
