dc.descriptionDiagnosis of kwashiorkor and pneumonia was made.

dc.description2. Primary tuberculous complex left lung and widespread tuberculous pneumonia.
dc.description3. Hematogenous spread of tuberculosis in both lungs.
dc.description4. Metastatic and miliary tuberculosis in kidneys, liver and spleen.
dc.description5. Mural thrombosis in apex of left ventricle.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Primary tuberculous complex with tuberculous bronchopneumonia and hematogenous tuberculosis.
