dc.descriptionClinical history : A 58-year-old woman was diagnosed with malignant lymphoma large cell type in June 1979.
dc.descriptionShe responded to treatment but in February 1984 presented with abdominal swelling and pain.
dc.descriptionExamination showed hepatomegaly and lymphadenopathy that did not respond to treatment.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis of recurrent lymphoma was made.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Small cell carcinoma of left main bronchus.
dc.description2. Metastatic carcinoma in lymph nodes and liver.
dc.description3. Emphysema.
