dc.descriptionClinical history : A 19 year old female with epistaxis, ascites and mild peripheral edema.
dc.descriptionThe blood pressure was measured as 240/140 and the patient went into kidney failure and pronounced hematuria and proteinuria was seen.
dc.descriptionThe blood urea levels were 61 mmol/L and the creatinine levels were 1,5 ml/min.
dc.descriptionThe patient's condiotion deteriorated and eventually passed from respiratory failure.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Malignnat phase hyper.
dc.description2. Chronic glomerulonephritis with lipid nephrosis.
dc.description3. Bronchpnuemonia.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Final stage glomerulonephritis.
dc.descriptionMalignant necrosis.
