Abstract

Description

Clinical history : A 19 year old female with epistaxis, ascites and mild peripheral edema.
The blood pressure was measured as 240/140 and the patient went into kidney failure and pronounced hematuria and proteinuria was seen.
The blood urea levels were 61 mmol/L and the creatinine levels were 1,5 ml/min.
The patient's condiotion deteriorated and eventually passed from respiratory failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Malignnat phase hyper.
2. Chronic glomerulonephritis with lipid nephrosis.
3. Bronchpnuemonia.
Diagnosis: Final stage glomerulonephritis.
Malignant necrosis.
Lipoid nephrosis
