| dc.description | Clinical history : A 69 year old male with a history of skull traction due to a suspected fracture to the cervical spine which resulted in osteitis development of the skull and a cerebral abscess. | |

| dc.description | The patient then reported paresis of the right arm and acute abdomen with jaundice. | |
| dc.description | A radiograph presented with large gallstones and a diagnosis of obstructive jaundice was made. | |
