dc.descriptionClinical history : A 69 year old male with a history of skull traction due to a suspected fracture to the cervical spine which resulted in osteitis development of the skull and a cerebral abscess.
dc.descriptionThe abscess was surgically removed and the patient had improved.
dc.descriptionThe patient then reported paresis of the right arm and acute abdomen with jaundice.
dc.descriptionA radiograph presented with large gallstones and a diagnosis of obstructive jaundice was made.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Cerebral scar in the region which was previously operated.
dc.description2. Acute haemorrhaging pancreatitis.
dc.description3. Old calcification in the right lobe of the liver.
dc.description4. Centri-lobular fatty liver and degeneration and bile retention.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Acute hemographic pancreatitis
