dc.descriptionClinical history : The patient was a female 35 years old; bilateral adrenalectomy for Cushing syndrome was done in 1968.
dc.descriptionSkin pigmentation developed and diagnoses of Nelson syndrome made.
dc.descriptionDuring examination for pituitary tumour she developed haemorrhage in the pituitary gland with subsequent hypopituitarism.
dc.descriptionShe died soon afterwards.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Adenoma of the pituitary gland with haemorrhage.
dc.description2. Bronchopneumonia.
