dc.descriptionInvestigation showed that the patient presented with aortic valve stenosis with muscle weakness including the facial muscles.
dc.descriptionA clinical diagnosis of demyelinating neuropathy with cardiomegaly due to aortic stenosis was made.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Senile aortic valve stenosis.
dc.description2. Left ventricular hypertrophy.
dc.description3. Demyelination of the peripheral nerves with mural atrophy.
