dc.descriptionClinical history : A 70 year old man with back ache had lytic lesions of the vertebral column on X-ray examination.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis of metastatic carcinoma was made but no primary tumour could be found.
dc.descriptionProtein electrophoresis showed an abnormal band in the beta-gamma region and immuno-electrophoresis showed the presence of IGG protein.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Multiple myelomatosis.
