dc.descriptionClinical history : A 75-year old patient had left sided mastectomy for breast carcinoma in 1970.
dc.descriptionPost-operative radiotherapy and from 1975, chemotherapy was given.
dc.descriptionIn 1982 the patient was admitted into hospital with wide spread metastases.
dc.descriptionShe previously had a left sided hip replacement.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Metastatic breast carcinoma in lungs, liver, bones, adrenal gland, skin and lymph nodes.
dc.description2. Left sided hip replacement.
dc.description3. Frontal brain atrophy.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Hip joint replacement.
