dc.description2. Secondary amyloidosis of kidneys and spleen.
dc.description3. Mitral valve endocarditis.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: 1. Spleen: Lepromatous leprosy and focal amyloidosis.
dc.description2. Kidney: Amyloidosis with lipid material in renal tubules
