dc.descriptionClinical history : A 45 year old female with chest pain and was later referred to a psychologisgt who found a papilledema and investigation shows the patient had high intracranial pressure with normal sized ventricles.
dc.descriptionA ventricular catheter was placed and an operation was done.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. No macro or microscopic deviations in the brain.
dc.description2. Left lateral ventricle plate due to ventricular tapping.
dc.description3. No signs of mechanical ventricular obstruction.
dc.description4. Pronounced centri-lobular emphysema.
