| dc.description | Clinical history : A white male patient 77 years old with clinical signs of prostatic enlargement. | |
| dc.description | A prostatectomy was done and post operative jaundice and later right-sided hemiplegia with aphasia developed later. | |
| dc.description | Oliguria was present and the patient died 12 days after the operation. | |
| dc.description | Autopsy findings : 1. Vesicular emphysema and bronchopneumonia. | |
