| dc.description | Autopsy findings : The pulmonary veins open in a separate opening superior to that of the left atrium which was also enlarged post mortem. The atrium was also communicated with the true strium at the middle of a sieve shaped memebrane and the left ventricle was small and showed pronounced fibro-elastosis. | |
