dc.descriptionClinical history : A 76 year female patient with history of melena had swelling of the right side of the neck, upper abdominal pain, palpable liver and a tumour in the left hypochondrium.
dc.descriptionSpecial investigations was negative and the patient lapsed into semi-coma two days before death.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Myeloid leukaemia with infiltration of almost all organs.
dc.description2. Meningothelial meningioma involving left lateral ventricle of brain and choroid plexus.
