Description
Clinical history : A 76 year female patient with history of melena had swelling of the right side of the neck, upper abdominal pain, palpable liver and a tumour in the left hypochondrium.
Special investigations was negative and the patient lapsed into semi-coma two days before death.
Autopsy findings : 1. Myeloid leukaemia with infiltration of almost all organs.
2. Meningothelial meningioma involving left lateral ventricle of brain and choroid plexus.
Diagnosis: Meningothelial meningioma
