dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Massive right pleural effusion and large pleural mesothelioma with infiltration of the diaphragm.
dc.description2. Pulmonary asbestosis with asbestosis plaque on left side of diaphragm.
dc.description3. Tumour infiltration of right hilar and para-aortic lymph nodes.
