dc.descriptionClinical history : A female child I½ years old with congenital heart defect drainage and atrium septum defect.
dc.descriptionBody weight of 20lbs was awaited before operation could be done but the patient contracted bronchopneumonia.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Total abnormal pulmonary venous malformation.
dc.description2. All the pulmonary veins opened together into the superior vena cava with no flow to left atrium.
dc.description3. Open ductus arteriosus, small VSD.
