dc.descriptionClinical history : A 35 year old feamle with a radical bilateral masectomy after having breast carcinoma.
dc.descriptionThe carcinoma then developed into a terminal stage and spread to the bone and brain and received cytostatic treatment.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Metastatic carcinoma of the breast and eventually bone, lung, liver, spleen and peritoneum.
dc.description2. Spreading spleen infraction due to tumor infiltration.
dc.description3. Microscopic metastasis in the mediastinal lymph nodes abd adrenal gland.
dc.description4. Acute pyelonephritis with papillary necrosis.
