dc.descriptionClinical history : A 6 year old male with multiple masses in the abdomen and was diagnosed with nephroblastoma.
dc.descriptionThere was pronounced ascites present and multiple palplable lymph nodes in the neck.
dc.descriptionThe intravenous peylogram had shown no deviation.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Large masses in both kidneys and thyroid.
dc.description2. Tumor infiltration of the mediastinum, mesenteric, para-aortic and peripancreatic lymph nodes with direct infiltration of the duodenum and liver.
dc.description3. Tumor infiltration of the lymph nodes.
