dc.descriptionRadiographs and ECG show right ventricular enlargement.
dc.descriptionNo noise was audible and the patient was diagnosed with mitral stenosis.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy with pronounced myocardial fibrosis.
dc.description2. Normal coronary vasculature.
dc.description3. Bilateral infarction of the inferior lobe of the lungs.
dc.description4. Chronic venous congestion.
dc.description5. Confluent bronchopneumonia.
dc.description6. Subcapsular areas of old infarction in both kidneys.
