dc.descriptionClinical history : A 25 year old male who was treated for virus myocarditis and had severe central and peripheral cyanosis with bilateral crepitation, enlarged liver and a mass in the left hypochondrium.
dc.descriptionInvestigation showed signs of a lymphoma in the stomach and segmental lymphoma injury of the layers of ileum.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Weak differentiating lymphocytic lymphoma of the stomach and ileum.
dc.description2. Lymphoma infiltration of the pericardium of the heart.
dc.description3. Expanded lymph nodes including the para-aortic and mediastinal nodes.
dc.description4. total infiltration with occlusion of the pulmonary veins with lymphoma.
