dc.descriptionClinical history : A 22 year old white female patient with history of epilepsy was admitted to hospital in an acute ill state. Anaemia, high fever and signs of heart failure developed. A positive L.E. cell phenomenon was demonstrated and the clinical diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus.
