dc.descriptionChemotherapy was started but the treatment terminated due to thrombocytopenia.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Carcinoma of main bronchus on the left side.
dc.description2. Multiple small tumour metastases in the liver.
dc.description3. Widespread lymph node metastases.
dc.description4. Metastases in both adrenal glands.
