Description
Clinical history : A male patient 56 years old diagnosed with bronchial carcinoma in July I 968.
Chemotherapy was started but the treatment terminated due to thrombocytopenia.
Autopsy findings : 1. Carcinoma of main bronchus on the left side.
2. Multiple small tumour metastases in the liver.
3. Widespread lymph node metastases.
4. Metastases in both adrenal glands.
Diagnosis: Metastatic carcinoma of bronchial origin
