dc.descriptionClinical history : A 26-year-old male with long history haemoptysis but chest X-ray examination was negative.
dc.descriptionSudden onset of anaemia and dyspnoea preceded rapid deterioration and X-rays showed bilateral lung opacities.
dc.descriptionThe patient died with signs of shock.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Bilateral intrapulmonary haemorrhage.
dc.description2. Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (Good pasture syndrome).
