dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Chronic rheumatic valvulitis of aortic valve with infective endocarditis and perforation of one valve cusp.
dc.description2. Secondary incompetence of mitral- and tricuspid valves.
dc.description3. Hypertrophy and dilatates of both ventricles.
dc.description4. Chronic venous congestion.
