dc.descriptionClinical history : A white male 26 years old was admitted with headache, loss of consciousness and bulbar signs of subarachnoid haemorrhage.

dc.descriptionA ventricular shunt was performed and the patient's condition improved Later dilated pupils and high ventricular pressure was relieved through catherization.
dc.descriptionClinical diagnosis of hemangioblastoma of the medulla was made and the family gave family history of the same condition in a sister and his mother.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Cerebellar hemangioblastoma.
dc.description2. Multiple hypernephromas in both kidneys.
dc.description3. Multiple pancreactive cysts.
