dc.descriptionClinical history : A 58 year old patient presented with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and consequently died as a result.
dc.descriptionA chronic duodenal peptic ulcer was found that penetrated the pancreas.
dc.descriptionCentrilobular emphysema was found in both lungs.
dc.descriptionThe patient had pulmonary hypertention, right ventricular hypertrophy, pulmonary bleeding, acute bronchopneumonia and anal fissures.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension and cor pulmonale.
dc.descriptionAcute bronchopneumonia, chronic duodenal peptic ulcer and analgetic nephropathy
