Description
Clinical history : A 58 year old patient presented with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and consequently died as a result.
A chronic duodenal peptic ulcer was found that penetrated the pancreas.
Centrilobular emphysema was found in both lungs.
The patient had pulmonary hypertention, right ventricular hypertrophy, pulmonary bleeding, acute bronchopneumonia and anal fissures.
Diagnosis: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension and cor pulmonale.
Acute bronchopneumonia, chronic duodenal peptic ulcer and analgetic nephropathy
