dc.description2. Bilateral apicalpulmonary tuberculosis.
dc.description3: Miliary tuberculosis affecting lungs, liver, spleen, kidney, lymph nodes and bone marrow.
dc.description4. Tuberculous lymphadenitis.
dc.description5. Bilateral pulmonary embolism.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Apical lung tuberculosis with miliary spread and pulmonary embolism.
