dc.descriptionDue to the history of drowsiness, the dosage of phenobarbitone was reduced and later discontinued.
dc.descriptionThe patient passed after an epileptic attack.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Unilateral agenesis.
dc.description2. Right pyelonephritis with local renal hypoplasia.
dc.description3. left ventricular hypertrophy.
dc.description4. Acute interstitial myocarditis.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Unilateral renal agenesis.
dc.descriptionLeft ventricular hypertrophy.
dc.descriptionPyelonephritis with folioed hyperplastic of the remaining kidney
