dc.descriptionThe patient presented with respiratory obstruction and a radiograph showed a large retrosternal mass.
dc.descriptionThe possibility of a retrosternal thyroid was considered.
dc.descriptionA large aneurysm was found during investigation and an aortogram showed the bronchiocephalis arteries protruded.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. A large aneurysm of the bronchiocephalic arteries with clots.
