dc.description	Clinical history : A 4 year old female with a development of hemiplegia and loss of consciousness.
dc.description	A diagnosis of cerebral bleeding was made and angiograms show a aneurysm of the cerebri media artery on the right.
dc.description	The patien's state was too weak for any operation to take place.
dc.description	Autopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm of the right middle cere bral artery.
dc.description	2. Ruptur of the aneurysm with subarchnoidal bleeding with a hematoma.
