Description
Clinical history : A 4 year old female with a development of hemiplegia and loss of consciousness.
A diagnosis of cerebral bleeding was made and angiograms show a aneurysm of the cerebri media artery on the right.
The patien's state was too weak for any operation to take place.
Autopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm of the right middle cere bral artery.
2. Ruptur of the aneurysm with subarchnoidal bleeding with a hematoma.
Diagnosis: Aneurysm of the right arterio-cerebriomedia with ruptur
