dc.descriptionClinical history : A newborn patient who's mother had a ruptur of the amniotic sac and a C-section was done due to fetal distress.
dc.descriptionThe baby was born 8 pound and 8 ounces and showed asphysxia.
dc.descriptionIntubation was done with artificial acid reflux pumping and the child began t breath shortly after.
dc.descriptionThe apiration of the lungs was in fact none and the diagnosis of emphysema in the neck and ruptur o the alveoli was made.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Intra-uterine pneumonia.
dc.description2. Interstitial emphysema in lungs.
