dc.descriptionApon investigation, an enlarged liver ascites and jaundice with a diagnosis of a primary liver carcinoma or liver cirrhosis was made.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Post-necrotic cirrhosis with siderosis and hemochromatotic distribution of the iron.
dc.description2. Pronounced ascites.
dc.description3. Pulmonary congestion with intra-alveolar bleeding.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Bantu siderosis
